Welcome March!

When I think of March, I think of GREEN.  Green grass, St. Patrick's day, and first day of spring!  We woke up on the first day of March, and were welcomed with snow.  Six inches of snow!

Dave and I were on our way home from my company dinner in Indy, knew the kids really wanted to go sledding, but didn't pack their snow suits to stay at Meme and Papa's! I thought we had things under control preparing for a crazy weekend. We left the house early Saturday morning, went to the kids last basketball game, and everyone was packed for the weekend.  I had things under control, right?!? Until I turned my camera on to take pictures at their last game and realized the battery to the camera is dead.

So I got out the handy, never failing phone to take a quick picture of the kids, sweaty, after their basketball games.  Macie made a few baskets, and Ryan received a new ball since this was his first year in basketball.
Sunday morning we woke up to a lot of snow! Of course kids wanted Papa Jack to take them sledding, but we didn't have anything packed for the kids.  Jack dug out the old coveralls their dad use to wear, and sledding they went! They stayed warm for a few rounds and had fun!
